You have any insight on what Spanfeller is trying to offload it for? Any thoughts on how to check out that situation without being noisy about it?

I am based in Chicago, original home of The Onion, and I have some ideas on how to get capital using a hometown hero hook—as a start. But I want to dig in a little deeper and get insight. If it is gonna be another Jez situation, then maybe it’s better to wait until it is defunct? However I fear some vulture will scoop it to buy the social footprint.
