"Since I got sick (multiple and serious DVTs plus gout in knees) 3 years ago, running has not been feasible due to injury. I've got very fat. I'm back at it using walk to run (Zombie to 5k) and in week 3 it's coming together. #running a long way to a 10k but maybe one day, again."
