    R. Walgreen, drug store magnate, today charged before a state senate committee that a University of Chicago professor advocated free love and that Walgreen's niece, 18-year-old Lucille Norton, of Seattle, Wash., was indoctrinated with communist teachings at the uni-versity.*
    Appearing before five senators who are investigating the university ag the first of Illinois colleges to determine whether the students ot the state are being influenced by communist propaganda, Walgreen said of his niece:
    "I know that neither her earlier education nor training nor her out-aide contacts could have iiven her those (alleged communist) views.
    It was the character of the instruction and I infer that she was indoctrinated at the university,
    "I am sure that the method subtle and insidious."
