"In Nov 2017, the late Dick Leonard asked me to be co-author of the 12th edition of the Routledge Guide to the EU, telling me “There would probably not be a vast amount of updating involved”. Brexit, COVID & a war in Europe later, I submitted the manuscript today, for 2025 publication. Wish me luck!"
