"My 2015 3 has - I shit you not - some moisture absorbing spongey material on the back of the inner fenders that water gets to easily, and is rusting the fenders out from the inside. This has been noted on 3 forums too.

Also many 3 hatches rust inside the hatch door, there's other known issues too."
